Bronwen Sleigh studied at Cardiff and Glasgow School of Art and graduated in June 2008 with an MA in Fine Art Printmaking from the Royal College of Art. She now works in Edinburgh and is the etching technician at Edinburgh Printmakers. Her work explores the relationship between the natural environment and industrial architecture with references to man-made structures such as roads, pylons, oilrigs, wind farms, and factories. Her etchings and lithographs are made in small editions and she often finishes her prints with hand coloured elements. Bronwen has won several prizes in recent years and her prints are highly collected. Her work is also in many collections including the V&A.
